Yeah I have SLP LM2's on my 97 Cobra but have the stock H pipe and headers and while it sounds great, it still sounds "restricted" so I've been wondering about the X pipe as well since my 99 Gt had one and it sounded amazing. Sucks no one makes a cheap off road x pipe thats compatible anymore...

Yeah I might have to play around with the heater hose/vaccum line idea. Should have stuck with my coyote!! lol

Yeah Ford is the only place I haven't tried. Figured the car being so old theres no way this part is in stock anywhere.

So this tube running from my intake to my EGR area (I think it's called my air control valve inlet tube?) is starting to not stay in place at my intake and it dry rotted/cracked around my EGR side on the driver side where it connects. I put some tape to keep it on but it only keeps it on...

I have a leaking AC discharge line. I bought the part just too lazy to take it to a shop to install it. I can't do the work myself and everyone wants to charge an arm and leg to do it so I'll suck it up eventually and pay.... I also got some interior pieces I gotta fix, minor rattles....

It was broken, trust me. I fooled around with it more and the other end broke off as well. I bought some new vacuum lines and a tee fitting and got it working fine now, thanks for the responses though!

I just ordered one from LMR like two days ago, they might have a few still in stock. Waited months for them to get them back in stock

Yeah I contemplated this, just didnt know how long of a fix it would. I want to know the actual part name/part number in case I actually have to replace it but Im going to maybe try that tomorrow in the meantime

I installed a new upper intake manifold gasket today and when I took my manifold off I broke this line. Started my 97' cobra up after the install and it died after 1 minute or so of running. I noticed this red line broke off from the rubber piece and when I placed my finger over it (sucks air...

Anyone have any advice on how to remove this plug? I got a replacement for mine and bought a specific socket (which I thought I needed :rolleyes:) to get it off but there is a bracket in the way which won't allow me to fit the socket over it as well as something with the AC and that looks like a...
