A lot of used, low mile Shelbys on the market across the country. Most are asking for top dollar. People are going to wish that they would have driven them.
You may find some PCM/ECM/ECUs on the various Ford parts warehouse sites. If you order, you be given a refund. If you call, they’ll tell you that no one in the country has one.

Sometimes it’s simply a difference in the throttle body actuator motor. I’ve gone thru about 4 or 5 throtttle body motors on my 2010 over the years.
