  • i went with the JLP internal kit, rings, pistons (.020 over) and rods, arp main bolts and side bolts. If the block is good and you know a GOOD machine shop that is not too pricey then this is the way to go. However if you dont know a machine shop i would go with a assembled shortblock from a supporting vendor
    are you planning on just replacing the pistons and rods only? are they the same size and compression. i was thinking about buying a shortblock, but if it is easy to just replace these then that would be cheaper
