Does anyone know if a 03 ecm will work in an 04? I am putting back together a salvage 04 Cobra and have a 03 ecm. Ford has different p/n between 03&04

Does anyone know of a good machine shop in Phoenix that has experiance with mod motors. Most of the shops I have called do not even have torque plates for a 4.6.
