As others have said, 1911's aren't always the best everyday carry gun. If you're set on one though, check out Rock Island Armory. I have their 1911 compact and it's been a wonderful gun. Even if you want to add Wilson Combat trigger, hammer, sear and sear spring, you would still be under $800.

Ok, well, starting about 6 months ago I started taking the car apart because the oil cooler was leaking oil into the coolant. In that time I decided to do a number of things to the car. The car got: New oil cooler, Fluidyne radiator, all new radiator hoses, new over flow tank, MSD coil...

I'm putting a fluidyne radiator in the cobra but it doesn't fit into both lower radiator supports. There is about an extra inch of space. Has anybody else had to relocate their lower and/or upper radiator supports? Also, what fan would you recommend using, as I am replacing that too. Any...

Once again, the cobra has me baffled. Ill start with a little background: about a year ago it had a phantom coolant leak which turned out to be a pinhole leak in the cast iron block. That was welded up & some of those pellets that help stop up leaks were added to the coolant as well. On top of...
