I replaced the radiator on my ‘96 Cobra with a 2004 Cobra radiator. I reused the ‘96 brackets by flipping them and/or reorienting them to where they worked. I couldn’t say how they ended up, but I definitely made it work without modifying them. Give it a shot.
I’m really liking what you’re doing here. Flare up front looks as though Ford made it because it matches the smooth flare that the quarters have from the factory. Nicely done sir.
So they can't offer the parts on it that would make any 2020 car better at a "gently used" rate? I don't get why some of the GT500-specific parts don't end up being taken off and put to better use. If not reused in some way by Ford, then perhaps make their way to the personal Mustang of a Ford...
Ah, there’s the rub! Wish we could see the rest of the car. Sounds like a great combination. If it’s anything close to the Terminated Bullitt build, you’ve got yourself a heck of a build.
Nice catch, and glad to see you worked it out.
Just went back through the beginning of the build because I admire the way you’re going about building this. It is so thorough. After going through your build sheet something stuck out to me. I realize that gears are kind of like opinions- everyone has one, and that’s everyone’s right to have a...
Thanks for the suggestion. I love the look of their stuff, especially the oval tubing that they offer. I was seriously considering them some time ago, but after an acquaintance ran them on his Cobra I backed off. I guess I've reached a point where that kind of brutality has become too much for...
Fantastic progress and a thoroughly clean build. If you don’t mind, it would be great to hear this exhaust setup in an audio or vid when you get the car going. If yours works as well as it looks like it will, I’ll have a solution/new project to work on.
I’ve had an SVO/Borla setup in storage...
He is looking for information about the whereabouts, original build details and current build status (stock or modified) of any and all of the build numbers lower than his own (#13).
