Definitely go staggered with the 315s...
Tire depends on a lot. It’ll be a street car right? Driven in the rain/cold or no? How about budget? Biggest question is DR vs summer tire.
Tires will make a huge difference. So will getting 10.5” rear wheels and 315s (they look sweet too). And thus the modding begins.....
Congrats on the car - looks awesome. If you haven’t yet, make sure you read this ENTIRE website (not kidding):

Terminator FAQs...
Damn that engine bay is CLEAN. Bolts are not corroded, has gold coolant still, looks very stock. Interior looks fantastic too. Paint looks really good as well. Any amount of life in the NE would explain the nastiness on the underside (which is very fixable and not the end of the world).
That...
Sounds like a fun project! Hope you are enjoying the car.
To make that power you’ll need a few other things though.... what’s your plan for the fuel pumps? And you’ll probably need a MAF too.
Also, it’s totally your call, but if it were me I’d skip the headers.
I voted to stay away. Let this car sell to a less educated buyer. So much rust/corrosion for so few miles. It may be the pictures but that camber looks very.... wrong.
Also, pics of the engine bay are NECESSARY.
I’d pass based on what I’ve seen around unless you’re getting a crazy good deal...
Congrats man! You should post up a new thread with a bunch of pictures when you get it.
Sounds like a good deal to me too. Even if you decide you don’t want it, you wouldn’t be hard pressed to make your money back.
I hope you love it and she drives awesome. Glad you found a Terminator!
This is the best solution. I had to replace one of the heater core hoses once and picked up an extra set because they were so hard to find. You're very unlikely to find a direct replacement.
@hotcobra03 is at 420k+ miles on the stock bottom end. I don't think he's had a rebuild on the engine yet...
Everything in these cars rattles - I wouldn't be put off by some normal noises. The clutch is ridiculously hard to push in all Terminators to my knowledge - as the guy who just inspected...

This is a forum member AND I could go check it out for you in person.
Edit: if you’re a fan of yellow, of course.
There’s nothing wrong with the car or the fact that it has those mods! You just need to be aware of them when checking the car out. But yeah.... you definitely need to check the car out in person in my opinion. It’s up to you in the end. After my experience, I’d never buy a car without seeing it...
Here’s my story: bought a car for $17k with 54k miles. I was thrilled. Until I discovered 50 miles later that it had a spun main bearing. The previous owner was conveniently nowhere to be found at that time, of course. A total of $23k later invested and I’ve got the car where I want it, but I...
A few points to consider:
- that’s quite a large number of mods but they are mostly good ones to have done in my opinion.
- some of the mods are not so good - not a fan of the car having NOS, line lock, driveshaft loop, and rear seat delete together. This car was drag raced.
- buying a stock...
