At first i was just going to swap mufflers on my truck. Then after looking at my tips i am now debating about aftermarket cat back.
Im thinking about the magnaflow 15714. The factory tips seem to require a lot of maintenance, they don't really shine as they are more of a flat shiny grey...
Well spring is finally here so the idea of selling my truck reappears. So now i am wondering for the guys who've sold their truck, is it best to return to stock or sell with mods?
My truck is a 03 with less then 15,000 km. Has eagle h-beam rods, dynatech long tube headers, both the stock...

I know in high school which was a number of years ago, my bio teacher said in the 70's they thought they had what was a cure, but then it was hushed and quickly disappeared.
There are all these charities...
Just wondering about a few tune questions. I have a superchips 1715, a predator canned tune, and a custom tune.
Now on my wideband with the factory tune it does not really drop to below 12 a/f until you get on the throttle pretty good. Same with the superchips.
The pred canned tuned will...
So currently i have my wideband (innovate)mounted in place of my factory o2 sensor upstream of the cat. im using the lc1 narrow band simulator to the pcm.
Anyway i was thinking of moving it to a cat monitor location and i've heard that it will show .2 a/f leaner. my question is has anyone...
mods 6# ported eaton.
Currently i have a stock air box with a k&n, the air box has a 2 1/4 hole with a tube running to gather extra fresh air.
Now the question is wether it would be worthwhile to switch to a cai? I never really liked them b4, however i got a deal on an airaid so i orderd...
I've tried searching and cannot come up with any conclusion - some guys say to use comp springs, some say not too, well i can get a deal on new mod max springs so ....
I would like to know if mod max springs 305-25146 with a seat pressure of 87# and open pressure of 202#@.531" would work well...
Just wondering if the stock manley rod bolts are good enough for a truck that will probably only see a ported eaton, 6# and a 75 shot? Or if it would be wise to upgrade to the 2000 bolts?
BTW - this will be a stock piston truck just upgraded rods/rebalanced rotating assembly.
Thanks.
Just wonder if anyone has had such a match up or what the results would be.
This would be a stock vs stock. (05 gt, manual trans)
or even a stock mustang vs a lightning with a 2# and a chip.
Thanks for the input.
the reason I ask is I had to order plugs (no where had them) and they came in as tr6 6078, however on the ngk site for the Lightning they are tr6 4177?
The plugs have a screw on cap and were packed each in a single box if that matters.
Thanks for any info.
BTW the truck will have a...
Reason I ask is that I can get a new one for around $350 cdn. and would be able to use it in either of my trucks. (only one at a time of course)
Before I use it in my L (hp4 prog.)(with a 2# and line mod valve) I wanted to see what others experieces are. I only have 91 oct in the area so i...
Just wondering how many guys with a/f ratio gauges have it connected to the rear cat monitors and how that worked for you.
I understand that there would be no boucy, bouncy of the leds on the guage (autometer a/f) but is the response as quick?
Thanks
