Figured I would update the thread since a lot of these just seem to die out and no resolution is ever posted. I decided to pull everything apart and pay special attention to how the gasket mates with the block surface. This is where I found the problem. I thought all that was needed was a...
Ive thought more about this.. When I installed the 03/04 timing cover, I used hondabond to fill the hole in the timing cover, but did nothing to the block. Seems from what I am reading that I was supposed to seal the hole in the block.
I am going to disassemble it again and take a look at the...
All areas are siliconed. I used Hondabond which is excellent stuff. Valve covers to timing cover, timing cover to oil pan corners and head to block areas, just like listed in the manual.
Not sure if his should be here or in the terminator forum...

First, there are two threaded studs that attach the bridge to the timing cover. They are in the upper corners and I need both of them..
Second, I need the IAT sensor and connector. If you have something used, I'm...

Also need the hard coolant lines that go on the passenger side of the timing cover for the...
So im going to be using the stock 01 ecu and harness. Stock 03/04 maf and injectors. Local tuner is telling me that the 01 ecu is "50% slower" vs the 03/04 ecu which he says could be an issue at higher levels. I've seen many people use the 01 ecu without any problems. Converting to the 03/04 ecu...

This is my first "newer" Mustang. Car is a 2001 Cobra, 80k miles. Im the second owner. First owner had the clutch done at 50k. Put in some retarded "Performance" clutch but needless to say it was done wrong. The clutch was slipping and pedal feel was not right when I bought the car so I ordered...
