anyone know how to figure it out? I am dealing with a down hole motor that when you flow 350 gallon per minute through it, you have 600 hp. I need to figure out the horsepower per square inch.
I am trying to set my fuel/air ratio buy using a temp gauge on my header. I am only trying to do it this way untill I Get down to the dyno and then he can fix it the rest of the way.
My question is what should the temp of the exhaust be right behind the header flange is the a/f ratio is...
So what do you guys think? It is still really rough, I tool all the big stuff off with a drill press, and now I am going to use a dremal to make them even. I took alot off the intake side, but I did not go anywhere near the bearing housing.. Comments, advice....please
how much boost should I expect??
How much boost should I expect to see from this setup? Also what kind of hp/tq numbers do you think I will see with this set up?
2.8 upper, 6# lower, stage 2 heads, stage 2.5 cams, ported blower, LPF power plenum, SBTB, long tube headers, and no cats?

Is this the stock upper pully? It messures 3 1/4 from lip to lip.....I only ask because it does not look stock, there are two washers under the main bolt, and I do not think that it would be made that way from the...

I am getting my heads, but I cannot decide. I was told by someone that the heads LFP sells are junk (another vender, but a friend of a friend). I think he might be trying to sell me his heads, but I wanted you guys' option.
Does anyone had any complaints about them? I believe they are patroit...
while doing the motor swap, i would love to get rid of as much of the crap under the hood as possible......what all sensors can i have my tuner delete?

I started pulling my motor today :rockon: ...Man there is alot to do here. When I am done you will not be able to find 90% of the wires, or vac lines :rockon:

Should I leave the trans bolted to the motor and pull them together, or unbolt it from the motor and leave it in the truck? What would be easer? I have done it both ways on other cars, what is the easyest way for our trucks?
