We just ordered a 2015 Taurus SHO from a local dealer and they seem to be VERY weak in the skillset of ordering.
The SHO was ordered about 3 weeks ago and the dealer cannot tell me anything about the order or if any VOC/DORA has been received !!!
Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
