Pulled off the factory fogs and installed a set of LED housings and adapter brackets. Nice to have fogs that match the look and performance of my projector retrofit. Looks totally OEM from the front too.

+1 to what everyone has said above. Also budget some money to have PPF applied over the lenses. That will keep the plastic/clear on the aftermarket lenses (usually a lower quality) looking new.
