Found your name while searching for an answer as to why the 2012 Mustang EPAS rack I've installed doesn't apply power assist. I have two of these now and a 2012 Mustang PCM. My Forscan/OBDII reader can see the PSCM and I have written a 013A hex value to it but no results. Do I need PATS defeated...
