It is the entire upper half. For the Cobra guys you would basically be purhasing a whole new kit since you really only buy the head unit right now when purchasing the 2.9L Upgrade kit.

We have not listed the Gen 3 Swap kit, but the Gen 3 upgrade should be listed as a drop down on all current applicable Whipple kits. Please let me or someone here know if you do not see it. :)
