yeah well here is the thing. The black vette belongs to a friend. I was scoping out the hood of of the car after the race. Heck I've even driven the car before. Its got stock headers, paper air filter, stock airbox, and even a stock exhaust(minus the rear muffler delete). It doesn't sound cammed...
We all thought that c6 was 'stock'...until that same night we ran a bone stock c6 against this one...(video will be posted soon!) and the black one put a bus length on its rival. The vr4 is a 380hp car..would have been a good race against a stockish ls2 c6.

If it was a stock-ish car with all the emissions crap and extra vacuum lines in place I feel your pain. But with proper deletes and using a cherry picker to remove/install the trans its not bad at all.
A few years back when I had to pull my motor it went from running car to motor hanging off...
That's probably the spyder. At its peak they sold for mid upper 40's towards the end of its production run.
