    Update....evap solenoid straight from Ford went bad after only 7 months. Vacuum lines are ok for now, but will need replacing at some point.

    Hi All, I've had some issues with the evap system in my 96....had the solenoids in the engine compartment replaced in december ….code came up again last week for same system(P1443: low/no flow) could it be the same solenoids, or something else, like the charcoal cannister or vacuum lines...

    Personally, I wouldn't touch it.....you're inheriting 8 other's problems....purchased my 96 3 years ago....1 owner...all stock down to the exhaust....older guy....good car fax...put 142K on it over 19+ years....now has 154,500 and 0 issues...I wouldn't have bought it with multiple owners...JMO...

    My back seat is like new...the leather is pricy, and I would go that way if it was my daily. I drive it on nice days, usually 2-3 days/week. Your seats look great, and that's more than good for me.

    I have a 96 Cobra with the saddle color leather, and am going to keep it as original as possible, minus the leather inserts (too pricy for a garage queen). CJ Pony has some vinyl kits from TMI on sale for 341 bucks that apparently you can't tell the difference between leather or vinyl . TMI...
