That setup is going to be EXTREMELY loud! To be anywhere near driveable on the street, we would recommend running a pair of oval mufflers at least 5x8x14" in size. We offer a handful of these with 3" inlets and outlets which can be found here on our site...

Blown, we would recommend a set of our larger 4x9x14 or 5x8x14 oval mufflers. These will reduce volume quite a bit for a more streetable sound. If you have any questions about sizing, please feel free to contact us!

If the leak is occurring at a weld point (not from gasket or tube connection), a local exhaust shop should be able to reweld it for next to nothing!

Hi Old01, 2.5" piping will definitely be big enough to support your current power numbers. There'e no need to go 3 unless you just want more volume out of the exhaust.
