Just moved up from NM. Wanted to see who else lives here? I haven't seen one lightning since i've been here. I do live downtown off of pike though. I'm getting my L shipped up here in a week can't wait :banana:

I ran into a 04+ roush truck never seen one before or heard of them. anyways we went from a 40 roll i pulled him by a lenth, secound run was at a25 roll the L's sweet spot, got him by two and half lenth's this time had to shut it down right away due to traffic. Anyone else run one of these truck's?

In september I'll be living in frist hill. already got the apt. I got my two brothers that live there. I hear parking is an issue at the place im moving to.. gotta park in the street :nonono: So i think i'll put my L in storage. And keep my crx for DD duty. I really need to find a tuner...

I raced my friends new tundra 4door with a short bed. From a dig i just spun first and second!! But i stayed side by side with her till my tires hooked.. then i just started to walk away, By the end i had a few bus length's on the tundra. I thought they would be faster then that with the new...

Went from a dig i pulled him by two cars. The next run i spun and he got me by a car.. Did it one more time from a 40 roll (which is a crapy gear for me). And i still pulled him by two cars. I was inpressed that thouse trucks are fairly quick. Not the best story i know. Still fun.

Can some body post a pic of there stock engine bay? I need to see if i have an aftermarket idle bracket? I'm going to be puting my stock lower back on, i have a stock belt and need to see if it is the right size..

*UPDATE* The dealer did get me a NEW motor!! She's back and being broken in* I just bought a 04 L last week.. When i boought it had a rough idle. Well when signing all the paper work they put this issue down as an '' i owe you" and the dealer whould get it fixed. So i drop off my L to...

I'm looking at this motor On the L and can not find where the spark plugs are at?? I no this a dumb ? but i really can't find them :bash:

I just got a 04 L and it has a few mods, C&L intake. It looks like it has a crank pulley its silver.. But how do i tell if the blower pulley has been changed? Has a new gatorback belt. I need to figure this out.

I just got my lightning the other day, Traded my 96 cobra for it. I was on the high way, a blue gto comes up wanting to play.. I slow down to 50 we line up I punch it and pulled him by a car or so. I was shocked how quick the L is damn thing moves :rockon:

Do these trucks just idle rough or is something wrong? When at alight it feels like it has a cam or somthing.. But runs great when you get going. Need to figure out if it has a blower pulley?

I found an 04 lightning with 21k miles, has chrome 20's. There asking $24.900 for it, I was seeing what i should offer them? Not sure what the going price is. Any help whould be great thanks.

Alright i'm looking to get a bike, Honda RR, GSX-R. But i have not so good credit. But I do have 5 grand to put down on a new bike, msrp is 9500. What are my chance's of geting a loan to finance the rest? :shrug:
