I noticed my Diff is leaking from the pinion flange. I installed a 1 piece aluminum drive shaft last year. Has anyone else had the problem? Not a terrible job to fix, but I don't want to do it just to have it start leaking again in a year.
Welcome to the club! As others have said a MGW Gen II shifter definitely helped my 1-2 grind. I said I was going to leave mine stock too. That lasted about 6 months. Lots of potential with these cars.
I've owned my 11 for 8 years and the biggest problem I've had with the car was the 1-2 gear lockout. I upgraded he fluid and put in a MGW Gen 2 and it has mostly gone away. Honestly I would prefer an automatic. Considered selling it for a 18+ GT with an auto but it will never be Shelby...
My suggestion is to drive the one you have more. It is way to easy to lose interest in them when they sit in the garage. I am guilty of this also, and go through the same thing every spring. Then I start driving the GT500 and realize there is nothing affordable that I could replace it with. My $.02
Getting ready to buy some DR's for 15X10 Racestars. Which do you recommend? M&H Cheaters or MT ET Steet R? I have never owned M&H, but I'm hearing a lot of good things about them. I've had good luck with MT before. Also size recommendations? Running 630 rwhp on stock suspension except LCA's.
