There were supposed to be 500 Hard Top convertibles made in 1995. I understand that Ford accidentally broke one so there were then only 499 Hard Top convertibles made.

Sorry to hear this. Only once, many years ago, have I seen a hardtop for sale without the Cobra to go with it. I wish you luck.

I had a hard top convertible a few years ago. Did you break your hard top?

It's hard to find these cars with all of the original items that Ford provided. The biggest item is the hard top caddy. Other items are the hard top cloth cover, the VHS tape showing how to remove the top, the rear deck covers, etc.

At car shows other Cobra owners would ask me how I got the rear windows to go down. They didn't realize it was a removable hard top.

04 Cobra: These are special cars, for sure. The last year, 95, for the 302 GT40 motor. For a while I had a 93 Teal Cobra, a white 94 Cobra, and this 95 hardtop convertible. I sold the others but kept the 95 because it's so unique. Most of the time I keep the hard top on the Ford supplied...

The hard top was a $1825 option that added 2 connection points to the standard Cobra convertible at the rear around where a C pillar would be. I don't think the hard top will work with the standard convertible, but I could be wrong. One thing is that there is a wiring harness that connects to...
