i have a QA1 front coilover setup on my GT. i am using 14'' 140lb springs. i get alot of loud bang sounds like i'm bottoming out when i hit a big bump or even pulling into a driveway with a big dip. my question is do i need to go to a heavier spring such as a 175lb or higher? thanks guys

i recently had my 04 gt motor rebuilt with forged rods & pistons for supercharging later on. my new compression ratio is 8.8-1. does driving a daily driver with lowered compression hurt the engine and how much hp&tq will i be down until i get blown. i have all the boltons possible currently. thanks
