Right now I have a full JBA setup with 1 5/8 primaries, 3” H, no cats, 3” cat back with JBA mufflers. I’ll be getting a custom 3” H made for the ARH then reusing my JBA catback. Might swap in different mufflers later.
It does ok however my boat with trailer is only about 3500 lbs, will feel better when I get working brakes on the trailer again. If I had to tow anything much heavier I would just go back to a 3/4 or 1 ton.
Jeep has plenty of torque but it was feeling the trailer back there when stopping. Surge brakes have been shot for the past couple years, was never an issue when I towed with a 3/4 ton duramax but now the little jeep could use the help.
Selling our 30' camper so decided to trade the 3/4 ton in on something a little more fun, better on fuel, plus can still tow my boat and little trailer when needed. This thing has been awesome so far, the gen 3 ecodiesel has great power and will be getting even better soon.

What's the reasoning for moving the regulator, accessibility? I put mine inside the fender mounted to the passenger door hinge, no heat but a pain to mess with the pressure adjustment if I ever needed to.
Finally got around to plastic-welding the front bumper cover brackets back on. Embedded steel mesh in the joints too so hopefully it will last a while. Finishing last minute stuff to get ready for the drive up to the LMR Ford show in 2 weeks.
