I have a xtra VMP Boost A Pump if you need one also. I went Return style fuel system with my new set up. You can get away with the booster pump for a while until you go bigger with e85 or race gas.

I did like them and actually had more chop than the L&M cams
L&M my idle is a lot smoother and doesn't fluctuate like it did with the JDM Cams but that can be due to the tune or being more aggressive.

I now have L&M cams in my car now but I like the sound of the JDM cams better. They are more choppy.
Reason I swapped cams I broke my secondary chain and decided to swap cams.
Later I talked to JDM and found out they recommend upgrading the chain to a Roush Yates or Ford GT chain with higher HP...
They are pretty aggressive and have a nice choppy sound. For the best info I'd contact JDM Engineering and ask questions. I don't want to give misguided info. You will need valve springs and cam bolts
