I got a parking ticket today at the top of Reseda a few miles south of Ventura Blvd. This is the place people go to mountain bike. Some Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority Asshole Ranger wrote me a parking ticket because I didn't pay $3 for a one day parking fee to park in this park...
