Hawsbug

I grew up in a small town called Robeson County in Lumberton, NC. Growing up I always wanted a mustang, but never driven, rode in one until community college, 2011. I was in a 04 cobra clone (GT) with a friend from school, I was fooled that it was a real cobra, until another friend of mine told me his mom had the real thing and was completely different than the other guys mustang. The guys mom had an 03 Oxford White vert, and I was amazed with how it looked. He took it to school one day, and I was in the passenger seat wondering what was so different about the car, than the other guys. Upon going onto the highway from an off ramp, he downshifted to 2nd gear. At that moment I knew something was different. I remember him saying " Are you ready?" in such a calm voice. Then he smashed the gas, and hearing that whine, and feeling that acceleration shocked me like nothing I've experienced before..That moment has stuck with me ever since, and ever since that day my dream was an 03/04 cobra. I never had anything nice in my life due to growing up in extreme poverty, but fortunately I have completed my BS degree, (working on Masters now) and have a job in my field to where I can afford a few luxuries. The 03/04 cobra is special to me, every time I see one, I almost break my neck, and my Fiance' gets tired of how much I mention them, and look up videos on them.haha I finally got my dream car an 04 cobra convertible mystichrome as of September 30,2017..
