We are the original owners of a 13' Sport with 145K miles, but haven't had any of the issues that these cars are known to have. I have serviced the PTU many times, changed the coolant over to Yellow, and have done all of the oil changes on time with Motorcraft oil and filter.

PCH trip, Portland to San Diego things to see and do...?
I live in Maryland, and that bridge was my commute, it's literally right outside my office. They're surely going to raise our tolls to fund this.
I completely agree that Maryland/boat insurance should pay. But if Buyden is going to piss away money, i'd much rather see US Government money stay...
I would guess a little more because of the added traffic and time of day would definitely affect travel time. You're right though, at night, 10 minutes.
I'm not saying it wasn't done on purpose....
But crippled? No. Hazardous material can go the other way around the beltway. It's a little inconvenient as it will ad about 15 minutes to an hour maybe, depending on traffic.
Baltimore gas & Electric put those overhead lines in a year or two ago, I don't think they fully replaced anything underwater though. I have a buddy who worked that project for them, i'd have to ask.
The tunnels you are referring to are our alternate routes around this mess.
Local news reporting that they're stopping tractor trailers that are going through the Fort McHenry and Harbor tunnels this morning for inspection. That's they're main alternate route.
