I bought mine at a shell station in Cambridge mass......drove right into boston last Friday nite and drove home no problems....I need it because my car is only used at the track and its MUCH cheaper than say using MS109....

federal law is no more than 119 gallons or 1001lbs without placards...

where did you find that info for mass?
