I have a chance to buy a 96 mystic cobra with 302 miles on it. it has been stored obviously, for 20K. is that a good price or way too much. another i found is a 1 owner, stored in winter in Ohio, 27K miles for 14K for the car. pics look decent. is that worth it or still way too much?

I want to paint my 99 cobra the 04 mystichrome paint color. I was going to do it last year, but things came up. Now the shop that was going to do it is no more. I cant find anyone in phoenix that will paint the whole car, let alone put on mystichrome paint. Even the dealer said they wont do it...
