BMR Suspension or PA Racing tubular A arms with spring perches?

After researching both A-arms further, and talking with both companies as well as getting input from Paul at Paul's High Performance Engineering, I have purchased a set Of BMR Suspension A-arms with spring perches, which are made in the stock geometry of 1996-04 OEM arms, and made here in USA...

    Bad rear axle bearing?

You r probly right being in the beginning of going bad, since i have done 4 wheel bearings in the last couple months, and I had no prob pinning it down. Regardless, since you r going to be taking the rear apart I do everything. If you do the wheel bearings first, check them well see if they...

    Bad rear axle bearing?

You got everything out of the car b4 making that video right? Hard to make a decision based on no hands on, specially when you can't hear it when manually spinning wheels.

    Bad rear axle bearing?

1ns you definitely eliminate brake, you got no other option, if the noise it that bad. Still hard to believe they are needed with that little play. My best to you.;)

    Bad rear axle bearing?

OK, than your culprit goes back to bearing and brakes. Double check brakes, specially crap shields, and go from there.;)

    Bad rear axle bearing?

OK, when you are in neutral, are you rolling or are you stopped?? If you are stopped, it can't be anything related to your axles. How old is your clutch? do you power shift alot?

BMR Suspension or PA Racing tubular A arms with spring perches?

I am redoing the bottom on my 1997 Bondurant SVT Cobra before race season starts, and I am replacing the front A arms with tubular with spring perches. I am considering BMR Suspension or PA Racing, and would like input from anyone that has used their product. Thank you to all replies.

    Bad rear axle bearing?

All the play seems well within specs, and brake noise will go away when brakes on. Careful of where you put grease on any brakes. It should be put on pins and very little on pad slides. Use only high temp brake grease. You did say that the noise is still there when in neutral, but you didn't...

    Bad rear axle bearing?

Brake noise you can rule out by just having someone walk the car with you, or put it on your lift to pin it. Granted, it will unload the wheels, but if caliper hanging, you will know. Just did a hub bearing assembly on my son's car, and the pads were not sliding like I like them, which was...

    Caster not adjustable?

If the prob started with the tires, you could have a bit of uneven wear, since there is a quantifiable dif in your toe. That is going to impact your pull much more than your Caster, which is high speed stability. BTW, check that driver side tie rod for any play by unloading that left side with...

Torque arm and Watts Link added...

Little more NVH is normal. Think of that torque arm as an extra long traction bar keeping your wheels forced to the ground, which it will help your lap time, but will not make your car go any faster. As for the clunking noise, check your installment making sure everything is torque down, since...

    Bad rear axle bearing?

BTW, a real bad pinion bearing would kill your seal, and you would have a leak all over your dif. at that point redo the whole thing, and maybe do your gear change if you been thinking bout it.;)

    Bad rear axle bearing?

That because you had a rear driver side bad hub bearing, and I am sure it got real loud at over 40ishmph.

    Bad rear axle bearing?

Bad pinion bearing will make noise on deceleration some what like a bad U joint regardless of speed or angle. A carrier bearing would be more like a hub bearing making a rumbling noise at speed over 25ish MPH and will change when turning. Regardless, if it is a bearing, given time it will get...
