I plan on putting H&R race springs in my car very soon, i would like to get subframe connectors welded in while its at the shop. So my question is should I let the new springs "settle in" before i weld in the connectors or does it matter at all? Thanks in advance

I installed a borla cat-back on my 04 Cobra and the drivers side pipe behind the gas tank hangs much lower that the passanger side pipe. I have tried adjusting it and had no luck. Has anyone else had this happen and if so what did you do to fix it?
