I will say after doing the track attack drag strip session that the cars didn’t lose any MPH. I did 9 passes and we shut the cars off maybe 1 or 2 times. The IAT’s were in the 120-160 range on every pass when I started the runs. The car trapped 125-126 in the left lane and 132-134 in the left...

That’s fair, I just think Ford didn’t want to invest the money and R&D to develop a manual transmission and clutch that could hold the amount of power these cars make for a 3 year production run that may only sell 1000 units across 3 model years.
i installed a JLT intake after ge a baseline of [email protected] with a 1.760 60’ on a 75 degree day with some humidity and no wind. Yesterday with 48 degree temperatures and no humidity to speak of and 20-30 mph cross wind I ran a [email protected] with a 1.737 60’. there were to other GT500’s there a...
So today I went to the drag strip and ran 10.70@132 with my bone stock DCT GT500 . I don’t remember any 2013-2014 GT500’s with the holy grail manual transmission running running in the 10’s. But hey the 6 speed manual is so much better. Did the 2013-2014‘s run faster on road corse?
