yea im now looking into cams, i wanna go with the vt stage 1 cams but im dumb when it comes to the numbers and shit, i was looking at the stock numbers compared to the vt stage 1 numbers and the lift is bigger than stock but the duration is smaller. is that good, and can someone explain please...

mods: underdrive pullies, cold air intake, 75mm throttlebody, plenum, jet chip, off road x pipe, magnaflow mufflers
baseline was: 256 hp, 270 tq
final # after tune: 270 hp, 305 tq
WHAT YALL THINK, NUMBERS LOW, JST...
i have a 2002 5sp gt, with 70k on the clock, full boltons and would like to run a 50-75 shot. can i do this saftely? and with the miles i have on the car would it be smart to run nitrous?

just installed 75mm tb and plenum, now my car is coded and when i rev it up andtake my foot off the gas it will hold the rev for a couple seconds and then very slowly start to drop, and when i let off to shift in normal driving it will jump 5-600 rpm all on tits own.
