the rears come apart easy and can be put back together with either a cube thing or a rear brake tool from harbor freight or something. The rear pistons screw back on.
here’s a single cylinder one I made earlier in the year with bolt on aluminum heads. The bolt on design is easier to wok with, but who can say no to bullet casings?!
the casings are press fit on, glued with 272 high temp loctite, and pinned on. They’re never coming off
the air and exhaust ports are mounted on the backing plate. The cylinder pivots with crank rotation changing between the intake and exhaust ports alignment during its stroke. It’s called a rocker or wobbler set up
