Pretty much any brand out there is good... I had to re-tighten my UMI one three times and finally smoother it with red loctite to keep it there... so I would maybe stay away from that one....lol The BMR stuff is good, Whiteline is awesome as well. They are usually about $130-$150 and pretty easy to put in. I would say it should take no more than 30 mins for a shop to do one. Took me and a buddy 20 mins.
