I'm installing a set right now, but I'm concerned because the instructions are very vague in my opinion. It says "gas pressurised" 7.5-10.5 ft lbs. and 25-32 ft. lbs. for something else. There is nothing specific like "shock/axle bolt". Would factory torque specs be fine? I just don't wanna ruin...
At the moment, I'm installing the illumina shocks. Per instructions, it says 25-32 ft. lbs. for the shock/axle bolt and 7.5-10.5 ft. lbs. for the nut/vehicle bolt. I find the nut/vehicle bolt kinda light, but maybe that's the way they want it. Someone help please!
Well, put the car on a lift to check a few things out. Well, when the car was in gear, you could still spin the wheels. Opened up the rearend and noticed that when we spun the tires, the ring gear didn't spin at all and the pinion did. Anyone know what might have broken off/come loose? Also...

I recently bought a 98 Cobra (I used to have a v6. What a difference) :bowdown: It was lowered. Now, when I drive, we tend to bounce when we hit simple little bumps. What in particular should I do to my suspension to remedy this? Would simple stiffer shocks and struts do it or would it take more?
