I went straight to Hagerty and they denied my request because I labeled it as just a leisure vehicle and didn’t say anything about car shows, mechanic, etc. The truck does have a 6” lift and 37” tires which they kept bringing up, so I’m not sure if that’s the issue.
@DriftwoodSVT i tried them online and didn’t see anything but I might have to call. Allstate writes through Hagerty but that vehicle has to be 20 years or older.
What are you guys using? I tried with Hagerty and they denied me because I didn’t say it was going to cat shows, just labeled as a leisure vehicle.
Vehicle is a 05 Dodge 2500. It’s got a lift, 2nd gen swap and a few other things. I’m just looking more for an assessed value than standard...
A bit off topic, but what I don’t understand is these truck guys that buy high end forged wheels and throw these Chinese tires on them. You spend thousands on wheels and cheap out on tires. Unless Toyo, Nitto etc don’t make those rubber band tires.
Here’s a bit of my stuff, brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken (breast and bone in) I’m a charcoal and wood guy, I like the challenges and connection of keeping the temp where it’s supposed to be. Not really into these “set it and forget it” pellet grill types.
