I am planning on swapping my lower control arms with some weight jacker style control arms. Do I need to swap the uppers with adjustable control arms, or should my non adjustables work?

I have an efi 347 in my 94 cobra currently. It has been a a wiring mess. I am really fed up with the engine bay being so cluttered with the harness and other wires, etc.
my question is how do you guys feel about sn95's with a carb? also how hard would it be to swap to a carb setup?

I currently have eibachs pro kit in the rear of my 94 mustang cobra, I'm looking to lower it a bit more, but I'm trying to avoid have my rear wheels hitting my quarter panels. so my question is what rear springs are out there that are very stiff.
