A friend of mine bought an Axle Exchange one piece aluminum driveshaft for his '08 GT/CS and ran that with a TR6060 for a couple thousand miles. He is now selling it because he is converting to auto. I planned on buying a DSS or other one pc aluminum shaft in the spring but he offered it to me...
Oh no! I do know that brake fluid is not a friendly substance to paint! I like yellow but I think it might be a tad too off with red. The best color of car to paint brake calipers is a black car....you can pretty much paint the calipers any color and it will look good
Looks great- I actually love yellow but not sure how that would look with a red car and charcoal/ grey wheels. Although I'm wondering if red calipers would be too much red. Ughhh....decisions decisions to paint or keep black.
Thanks for posting
They will work on the 2011+ models because of the ball flange connection to the over the axle pipes.
I don't have any other closer pics yet. i literally drove it home from my friend's place when we installed them and I backed my car into the corner of the garage for the winter. This is the...
Ya I figured there were maybe some threads archived here on this but I was lazy and didn't look first lol. I've done my own handy work on painting my coil covers that turned out great but just wanted to see if simple high- heat spray will suffice. I'm not powder coating. Thanks for the info...

I used a dremel to cut and then smoothed the edges with a sanding wheel on the dremel.
I am getting some new rotors and pads shortly for my car and am pondering painting the Brembo calipers red. Still not sure as I don't mind them being black but just wondering how anyone did it (what paint or process). Also, how would I go about getting another Brembo emblem?
I believe 305 is about the widest you can go. Because of this, I had my Svtpp wheels widened to fit a wider tire rather than buy new wheels. I am running 325/30/20 on the rear.
Every so often I see this topic pop up and I was also in the same boat a few months ago. I acquired a 2014 bumper from a great member on here and a lower valance from another guy to do the swap. I decided to try something a bit different and modify my stock 2011 valance. I ordered a set of...
I have an '11 and over the past few months, acquired a 2014 bumper and valance and diffuser to do the swap. My plans changed slightly and I decided to try to modify my stock lower valance (I think the 10-12 valance looks better IMO) and install quad tips. My original plan was to use stock 2014...
