I autocross the hell out of my car. I typically check air pressure after every run. Try to keep fronts at 38 and rear at 36 throughout day. If you’re using stock intercooler then you probably want to shut car off between runs to prevent heat soak. Most of all have fun. Ask questions. Don’t worry...
2014 focus ST all stock except for cold air intake and a short shifter. Wasn't worried about R/T and was just playing around. Not bad considering I averaged 30.4 mpg driving to track, making multiple passes then driving home

If you track the st keep an eye on the brakes if they are stock. Short autocross runs are fine but full on track days will cook them

There is a guy here locally that has a 9th gen SI with a few bolt ons and a hondata tune. It has gotten to the point that he avoids me bc I've embarrassed his ass so many times with just a tune
