I noticed they looked different as well. What kind of clunk did you experience? Over bumps or while turning?

Since I made the posts about the -B strut mounts, I've had the opportunity to install the -C mounts. Before installing the new -C mounts, I took them apart to see what was different. I discovered a much more robust bearing in the -C mount. The -B mount is now obsolete, and can't really be purchased anymore. Go ahead and use the -C mounts. Tousley Ford parts sells them for 10% over cost ($77.00 + shipping). Call Mike or Steve @ 800-328-9552 and order part #M 18183-C
