I recently did a pulley swap and I need to find good place in Utah to dyno and tune, if anyone knows plz help me out.

I read the other threads and I'm not so sure that is my problem. I swapped my stock pulley for a 2.81 and tuned for 91 octane beacause sad ole utah won't serve 93 and it started stalling cold and hot stalls. When I take out of gear it dropps below 500rpm and it will stall some of the time, I...
