No longer interested in trading this car for anything. I would like to sell it outright for $14,000 or best offer.

Real quick about my car:

02 SS
Arrest Me Red
Black Leather Interior
Loaded all options (including 12+1 CD, t-tops, power driver seat, etc)
108,000 miles, daily driven.
Very, Very Dark tint (last picture above is to show you that you can still see out with 20% on the windshield. Everything else is 5%)
AZPS03 cam
Edge 3800 stall, locally built 4l60e still under warranty
LS2 with 30k miles on it out of a GTO
long tubes, full exhaust (quiet)
stock rear / stock gears
18/19 staggered C6 wheels with brand new tires
upgraded injectors/pump
150hp nitrous kit

414 rwhp 386 rwtq on the motor, has not been sprayed on yet - simply don't care to find out. Like I said, I'm bored.

No idea what it runs either. I can say with certainty that it will go slower than 6.50 in the 1/4, and faster than 13.00 in the 1/4. Somewhere between 100-500mph. Anything more exact than that you'll just have to buy it/trade to find out.

If you want to give me $150 to pay for gas, track fee for me and a friend and alcohol for her (because I'll probably bring a lady friend and they get bored) I'll take it to the track and make a couple passes in it on the motor and one on the bottle and let you know the results. Money is not refundable, even if I just buy booze and lapdances with it.

Car is located in Scottsdale, AZ and I can take pictures / video for any interested party to show what you need to see.

fastest way to reach me:

email - jonathantcr at gmail dot com
PM through here also works, can't say how often I'll check though.

All PM's responded to.

NEW PRICE $14,000 OBO. MONEY TALKS.

I drive this car daily with zero problems, it starts and runs every time and I just drove it 20 miles in 100* heat on the freeway and the temp gauge basically gave me the finger and said "I'm staying right where I'm at, laid back in the cut like what." I don't know what that means as I don't speak ebonics but basically the car runs at normal operating temp no matter what, even in AZ heat.

Here is a video of it running. I have another video I need to upload to youtube of me driving a few miles away to a bowling alley to meet up with some people.

The car now has a 2nd muffler inline with the first, which makes it MUCH quieter, but can be removed and the exhaust changed for VERY little money to make it loud again. I live in a condo complex that people don't appreciate being woken up at 4am when I come home so I made the car quiet.

A stock car to stock car you're 100% right.

But my FAR FROM STOCK SS for a stock Termi, I think it's pretty fair.

You couldn't replicate this car for 11-14k including the cost of the car, not any day of the week. I am asking 15k outright, which (even considering the miles) I think is a fair price for a real SS with 7,000 miles on a motor and transmission swap.

I won't disclose what I actually paid for the parts, but even used LS2 motors are going for 4k+, the tranny cost over 2k to have built, plus exhaust, nitrous, camshaft and install stuff, tune, wheels are OEM C6 not knockoffs, a lot of expensive stuff and the car is 100% daily drivable.

I am driving the car to a potential buyer on Wednesday, if he buys it outright I will be in the market for another car cash in hand. Already have my eye on a couple.

And yes, the plate is hilarious. It might transfer over to my next car, if interested I will throw in the extra plate I have to the new owner.

I managed strip clubs for three years, so it got a lot of laughs sitting outside the back doors of clubs.

Thanks, TJ04Cobra, it's much more docile now as far as noise production goes - neighbors bitched a LOT. I thought it sounded okay though :nonono:

Damnit it's tempting to slap a Procharger on my car and offer up a trade.

Would definitely have to see some nekkid ladies first, though!

Juuuuust kiddin. But Seriously.

dooo eeeeeet.

You could even drive your car out here and pick mine up and hang out with me on a photoshoot. ;) that'd make it worth the drive by itself.

I'll think about it. Arizona is a hell of a drive from Arkansas haha

If it was a 6-speed car I'd be on my way right now!

No reason you couldn't sell the built 4l60e and converter and be well on your way to a 6spd set up.

I think it's more fun with automatic anyway, just pin the throttle and it goes.

I have driven from AZ to Texas, Texas to AZ (two or three times) and GA to AZ once.

Not too bad a drive. Or hell I can come to you ;)

Please don't make me repeat myself.

Don't worry about the haters. A car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. While a terminator may be a hard trade to come by, I don't see you having any problems finding a '96-'98, '99-'01, or FI GT to trade.

Only problem with selling the 4l60e and swapping in a 6-speed is that I only own one car and can't afford to have down time and not have a car to drive back and forth to school and work.

Clean title, I assume? Those C6 wheels look great on your car, btw. I don't think I've seen those wheels on an f-body until yours.

I'm not worried about it. I don't HAVE to sell this car, I just want to. If I have it for another 4-5 years it isn't going to bother me at all. I LOVE this car, LOVE driving it, LOVE owning it and I'm starting to think I might be better off just getting a loan and buying another car as a driver.

Only problem with selling the 4l60e and swapping in a 6-speed is that I only own one car and can't afford to have down time and not have a car to drive back and forth to school and work.

Downtime is maybe 1-2 days depending on who does the swap, it can be retuned in 2 hours, ready to go either on the motor or on the bottle - or just a base tune to get you home. Tuning in AZ weather is different than weather other places I'm assuming because of the heat, so it'd be wise to retune this car when you get it home, unless you live in Phoenix or Death Valley, or Hell.

Title is clean, there is a lien on it (long story) but all I need to do is make a phone call and it will be overnighted to me to sign to the buyer. A bank does not hold the lien, a private party does.

I like the C6 wheels. I may do a spacer to have them flush up with the wheel wells a bit more but I like having 18/19s on the car. I might find a set of 19s for the front too but I'm not sure how they would fit.

I have seen the original C6 wheels on the car, haven't seen these on any other car though.

Honestly every set of wheels I've had on the car has looked good. Here are some more.

I have a soft spot for red SS 4th-gens for sure. I have a buddy that has one and is running OEM C6Z wheels on it. I'll find some pics and PM them to you so I don't clutter up your thread haha

I could do the swap, that's not really the problem. It's a pain in the ass though haha. Let me shop around a little bit and see how much a blower would end up costing me for my car, and I'll let you know what my decision is. I would love to have an f-body, because that's what I was originally wanting anyway, but I got a good deal on my GT. I'll send you pics of my car too, while I'm at it.

LOL I read your PM before I read this post and I was like ... Um okay?

You have a super nice car, I had a Sonic Blue 04 V6 car that I used to driver mod the hell out of and would keep up with poorly driven stock GT's back in 04-05, that was a fun car.
