I got 4 wheels that came off my cobra. 17" Ford OEM wheels, tyres don't have any life left really. the wheels are in ok shape. Although they are starting to peel on the inside of the rim. Also very minor curb rash, shown in photo. If you got any questions just pm me. would like around 250 OBO. Prefer to have them picked up or meet buyer in general area.

Hey SCh02! I know you really want to beat me, but putting Cobra wheels on your car will only make you a little bit faster!:D

are you kidding me?!! i'm going to have to look into nitrous to offset the LOSS in power having these wheels on my beastie!! otherwise I will be finishing ahead of you by only 2 cars instead of what would normally be 4 or more, LOL!! FACE!

yeah, jerry and I are always talking sh*t and have been for nearly 3 years now. the one time we were able to actually race each other was about 2 years ago and I had my chip reconfigured to adjust my rich AF ratio of 10.1 and in the end my tune was WAY off - i was only putting down 323 to the wheel, down from 380 on a mustang dyno from when it was originally tuned!

Can't blame my tuner though, he did his best with the adjustments but cut a lot of timing i'm guessing. needless to say i was destroyed in the 1/4 by none other than jerry... I think he and my tuner were friends in high school or something, lol! I got the tune adjusted again which resulted in 415 to the wheel and now i'm putting down a little more with a couple more pounds of boost and an AF ratio of about 11.1/11.2. Should be a good race when we go on the 22nd later this month (assuming they prep the damn track and we can hook up!). I'll see about trying to stop by your area this weekend to check out the wheels. I'll let you know

Haha, sounds like the 22nd will be a good time with some friendly competition from you two. I would be happy to run low 12s at the Pod or my goal of 11s. the Track prep was so bad it might aswell been raining last time i went in March. I think i might come to lakenheath this saturday if we can work some thing out.

We got a rain date of memorial day weekend if the 22nd doesn't work for everyone due to weather. but its at shakespeare county raceway, bc its an all american weekend.

hey John, good meeting you at the "car show" saturday (weather sucked but oh well) and thanks again for the opportunity on a great deal on the cobra wheels! they did look a lot better in person than in the pics I have to admit and I appreciate you weighing down your cobra and violating the interior by bringing them all they way down here. I hope to see your cobra again at the track on the 22nd!

the only way you're going to be in front of me at the finish line is if you've signed on with Santa Pod Raceway as a photographer and you're there to document my 11 second photo finish!!

11's? James I told you thats a 1/4 mile track not 1/8th! He gets a little silly sometimes. He has inhaled alot of fumes in the past. See his car used to run so rich he single handedly burned a hole in Englands ozone layer....but hes the man for that! Dont worry James you will see 11's...just make sure you over look at my timing scoreboard! LOL!!!
