The plugs in my '04 are factory original and the truck has 34,000 miles. I have owned it since it had 20,000 miles and have never checked the plugs for tightness. I know the '03-'04 heads have the nine threads per inch. My question is; do you guys think I should check the plugs to see if they are still nice and tight, or just forget about it since I have never had any problems with popping a plug. Truck is bone stock execpt for a Magnaflow catback. She is my daily driver and is babied all the time, execpt when I feel 'the need for speed'.

If I were to change them, and since it is bone stock execpt for a catback, I would just go with the factory Autolites.

The factory plugs are good for 75K miles, But it wouldn't hurt to put a fresh set in. Stick with the stock plug for your application. Set gap @ .044 Don't forget to put some antisize on the plug threads before installing them.
Use the stock Plug MotorCraft Platnum. Autozone sells the pretty cheap.

If you are going to the trouble of checking the plugs wouldnt be a bad idea to change them. Use the NGK Tr-6 plugs. They cost about $3.00 a piece and you can get a set of new boots and springs for about $35 to $40. I took my truck to the dyno and descoverd it had bad plugs. I replaced the plugs after dyno. the plugs i took out were autolites and two of them were cracked on each side. My numbers would have been better with good plugs.
