pretty sure in your power distribution box in engine compartment if you have your owner manual it will tell you which one it is there are a few relays such as horn, etc

There is one in the CCRM (constant control relay module) which is in the passenger side front fenderwell. and is NOT serviceable. There is also another one under the glove compartment. You have have to remove the door to get to it. Just reach up under the dash and feel around for it. Theres about 6" of extra wire. More than enough for it to drop down so you can change it.

The one under the glove box is the two stage fuel pump relay. When it is open at low RPMs, all the current runs through a current limiting resistor that lowers the fuel pump output. At higher RPMs, the PCM closes the relay, which shorts out the current limiting resistor. With the current limiting resistor shorted out, full power gets to the fuel pump so it maxes out its output. The fuel pump will run if this relay fails. If it fails open, it will only run in the low output stage. If it fails closed, it will only run in the high output stage.

The PCM monitors the output of this relay. If it doesn't see what it expects, you should see one of these DTCs: "P0231 - Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low" or "P0232 - Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit High".

What years are you referring to?
