Its now 9:45(time of the post) where jerry is located and its time to stir up something...as soon as you get the box, you should of opened it- obviously, and the first thing to inspect would be the blower...what happened from 5:30-9:30???

Dude who cares? Just refund the guy his money and move on in life. Either way you look at it, damaged blower or not, this whole deal went south from the get go and if Jerry isn't happy, he deserves to be after all of this drama that YOU caused, not him. Give him his money back.

All i could do was run until 8:45 then i got to it(i opened it up and the exterior looked fine at 5ish) Not trying to stir anything, just seemed to get your attn when posted rather than pm,d sorry if that was not the best way of handling this. We spoke and Steve is going to resolve the issue either with a refund or kb repairing the blower. Jerry

Called kb today and it,s 1899.00 plus 50.00 shipping for a replacement unit as he said if the rotors have damage the case will as well. Jerry

If he was going to give a refund when he said that a few days ago, then why didn't he just do it then. This whole "get the blower repaired" thing is just a ploy to blow you off again. Don't be ignorant, he is NOT going to pay $1950 to fix the blower. File the dispute.

I am just waiting for him to pay kb now as it needed a new case and rotors, it was 2399.00 instead because there was a miscommunication on which blower it was, so hopefully soon i will have a kb on top. Jerry
