Finally got a 2.8 pulley on my blower, and 4 piece BilletFlow idler set... Can I get away with using the stock sized belt? or what size should I use. I looked at the CobraBob's website but I just wanna make sure. And also, will porting a blower make you loose boost?

definatley need a new belt. and no! porting your blower will make a gain of boost why would there be a loss? did you get your 2.8 pulley in the billetflow too? what color?:thumbsup:
No, Upper pulley came with the blower. I found a low mileage (14K miles) blower that was pullied for about 2k miles and I got the whole deal for $200. Then I did some home porting to it 
Also, I thought that boost would drop off because of the lack of restriction?
And, what size belt do I need?
Btw - Pulley was put on the blower by Paul's High Performance back in the day.

With a 2.80 and all four idlers the stock belt can be reused, but I prefer a bit tighter belt to prevent belt slip. The stock belt is 75.1" and I'd like to use a 74.5" with a 2.80. Porting the blower is getting rid of restriction so you should lose a bit of boost, not gain some. I lost about 1/2lb when I ported my blower.
That's a 73.5" belt, he wouldn't be able to fit that on there.
