I am getting ready to get the car tuned shortly here, and I am trying to save myself trips to the dyno and dyno tune money.....
I have a home ported (by me lol) blower, with a 2.8 pulley on there. Other mods are K&N FIPK, Magnaflow catback, and UPR offroad X...
So, the question is with those mods do I need to do a fuel upgrade right now, and/or MAF......?
any input is more than welcome

you will need MAFia for sure when you reach 470 rwhp, BAP, (60lph injectors when u reach 530RWHP).

you should be close to needing a maf depending how good your port is. My car this weekend was running 970-990 counts with just a 2.76 upper and tune. My fuel pump is also at 96% duty cycle

You're in IL and it gets cold in the winters so be on the safe side and get a MAF. Fuel you'll just have to wait and see. If that's the only pulley size you'll be running you could easily be fine though. It just depends on your car and how good your port works. Good luck and get us some numbers.

Not necessarily, very rarely do we see cars pegging the MAF at 470rwhp. Usually its around the 485-500rwhp range before the MAF is pegged. When I was running 507rwhp my MAF wasn't pegged until 6500rpms, below 6200 rpms MAF counts were still in the 970-990 range.

You will probably need a MAF, 60's, and a BAP.

MAF is a maybe depending on how well his blower is ported, BAP is very unlikely as I don't see a home ported blower with just a 2.80 upper pushing enough power to max out the pumps, and maxing out the injectors is all but impossible with his combo.
