that is just plain awesome! the beginning was kinda awkward-ish, but once it got into the song it was just straight full blown kick ass! i have a feeling some of the "true" fans expecting the return of ride the lightning or something are gonna be dissapointed though. not like i care though, i love metallicas 'black' and later stuff!
I always found this funny as I fail to see how that has effected anyone in any way shape or form?

I'm I missing something here?
i agree. so you had to use limewire instead of napster, big deal. i did like napsters interface though(from what i can remember about it, lol).

I am a huge fan but I did not like that song at all. Maybe I am living in the past but I love songs like Harvester of Sorrow or The Thing that should not be.

Metallica can blow me after all that Napster BS. . .

I agree. Metallica was the reason I got kicked off of Napster. I helped make those F'ers rich.

Kill em all on Vinyl and CD
Ride the Lightning on Vinyl and CD
Master of Puppets on Vinyl and CD
Garage Days on Cassette
Justice on Vinyl, Tape and CD
Black Album on CD
Load and ReLoad on CD

The last album sucked so I didnt buy it and I had decided they didnt need anymore of my money.

Seen them at 5 concerts and purchased at lease 15 shirts
1x Justice For All Back Patch

I will download it off the web when it comes out but so far I think its still pretty weak of a tune.

Listening to Metallica nowerdays is like watching a great athelete get old before your eyes.... you remember how great they were but deep down you know they will never be that great again... no matter how much they try...

For me it just seems like they don't know how to create a good intro anymore. Master of Puppets, Sanitarium, Ride the Lightning, Fade to Black, Battery, One, The Thing That Should Not Be all have a distinctive beginning. All the new stuff is just like "ok, on the count of three I'll start yelling, you hit the drums and don't skimp on the cymbals, and you guys on the strings just have at it"

Very true ( my favorite intro being Fight Fire With Fire ) . Im sure I'll check out the rest of the album at some point , but doubt they will ever capture my attention like anything the did before the black album.
