I've got an s-trim setup and an oil breather cap. I noticed a bit of oil coming out of the breather cap and dripping down onto the engine.
I've heard this is common, but what is the best way to deal with this. I was told I could use a cotton wrist band and just clean it off from time to time. What do you all think?

I have a car color matching wristband around my k/n breather cap. This is a common thing and it only happens when you rev it as the oil pressure goes up.

It really has more to do with ring blow-by than oil pressure. Excessive crankcase pressure will find the path of least resistance - which happens to be an open element filter into the atmosphere. Not much you can do, unless you invest in a vacuum pump.

I guess it's gonna have to be a wrist band... maybe I'll get it embroiled. lol
